In the darkness of the night,
We gaze upon the starry sky,
And wonder at the distant light,
That twinkles in the velvet eye.
Beyond our earthly bounds,
A vast and endless realm unfolds,

We see the birth and death of stars,
In nebulas that swirl and spin,
And marvel at the mystery,

But in the beauty of the stars,

We find a sense of awe and wonder,

A tiny speck in time and place,
